“Jaime balances the listening and the coaching/talking part well - I genuinely feel as though I am being asked to think aloud and to plan my own next steps, based on my own situation. This can be really helpful for individuals like me who come in with some prior knowledge around ADHD management but need assistance with developing their own strategies and troubleshooting roadblocks to implementation.”

“ADHD coaching with Jaime helped me with emotional regulation, executive function, remembering important tasks and concentrating. Talking to Jaime helped and she also gave me things to reflect about and strategies. She is very nice and easy to talk to.”

“I didn't really know what to expect from the sessions and kinda took a punt by signing up. I've been really pleased with how things have gone and the progress I've made. I always walk away from sessions feeling like I have more insight into myself, a plan and that I always make progress. I feel like I'm in a much better place with my ADHD and just myself from Jaime's coaching.”

“I have had two coaching sessions and each time I have come away feeling heard and understood. My employer is contributing to this course from my annual PD budget so other people who are thinking about the coaching may want to check in with their employer about this too.
I know what I'm doing and why I'm doing it and it is all lead by me. Plus I'm actually doing the work, which is interesting for me because often I can get bored with things and stop doing the work! I also really appreciate Jaime's clear notes on our sessions afterwards. It helps me to remember what we covered and what I said during the sessions. ”
