ADHD@Work coaching

The ADHD@Work coaching programme combines practical ADHD-friendly tools with personalised support so you can work to your strengths and achieve your goals without sacrificing your health or authenticity.

ADHD@Work coaching is ideal for people who:

  • Feel overwhelmed and want to find ways to better manage their work.

  • Would like to develop practical strategies to help with organisation, time management and follow-through.

  • Want to work with their ADHD brain instead of against it.

  • Are ready to take action and explore new approaches through compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming coaching.

The one-to-one coaching will focus on your particular needs and the strategies that will work for you. It may include:

  • A place to explore how ADHD strengths and challenges show up at work

  • Detailed exploration of your goals

  • Support and strategies for executive functioning challenges such as time management, organisation and planning

  • Tools to assist with emotional regulation

  • Support to reduce stress and help prevent burnout

  • Exploring wellbeing factors such as sleep, nutrition, movement, etc.

  • Exploring ways to adjust your environment to meet your specific needs

  • Recognising and celebrating your strengths, abilities, skills, successes and progress towards your goals

The coaching will draw on the latest understanding of ADHD, AuDHD and neurodivergence, along with mental, physical and emotional health and wellbeing and techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
