Jayne Fox
ADHD Coach and Mental Health Coach | ICF, ACO, HCANZA, AADPA
Jayne is an ADHD Coach who can support you as a whole person, from managing executive function, energy and focus to regulating emotions, preventing burnout and navigating perimenopause with ADHD. She is also a Mental Health Coach and Life Coach and was named PreKure’s 2024 Mental Health Coach of the Year. Trained as an ADHD Coach with the world-leading ADDCA academy, she offers a broad toolkit of strategies for neurodivergent adults.
Jayne is an ADHDer herself and understands the realities of living in a world not designed for neurodivergent brains. Her own journey with ADHD and related health challenges, including ME/CFS, long Covid, MCAS and POTS, have deepened her empathy and shaped her neuro-affirming approach. Jayne is passionate about helping neurodivergent people understand themselves better, embrace their strengths and do what truly matters to them. Outside of coaching, Jayne is a mum of three who enjoys dance, yoga and exploring Wellington’s beautiful south coast.

“Thank you so much for all of your wonderful support this year. It has been very helpful for me and has given me much more awareness of how I work best, and many strategies and tools I can continue to draw on next year and beyond.”

“When I was diagnosed ADHD my psychiatrist recommended ADHD coaching for help with time management and getting stuff done. Jayne helped me with this and also shared some good tips to use when I get frustrated with myself or feel anxious. It was good to be able to talk about things too. I would recommend her to anyone who wants help with the challenges of ADHD.”
