Carolyn is an ADHD-Informed Coach, Mental Health Coach and Parent Coach who specialises in supporting neurodivergent adults as well as families, parents and caregivers of ADHDers and neurodivergent children. She combines a thoughtful blend of professional training and lived experience in her work. As a parent of a neurodivergent child and with experience in supporting other neurodivergent family members and clients, Carolyn brings a compassionate understanding of the everyday stresses, needs and joys of neurodivergent family life.
With particular interest in ADHD, AuDHD, Autism and POTS, Carolyn offers coaching that honours the complexity and diversity of neurodivergent experiences. She can work with you to explore what’s working, what’s not and what your next step forward could look like.
Carolyn helps clients reduce overwhelm, develop practical routines and navigate their own and their family's needs. Her coaching is neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQIA-safe and trauma-informed. "I’ve had the pleasure of being coached by Carolyn, and I can confidently say that she’s been an invaluable source of guidance and encouragement. She truly listens and sums things up thoughtfully. She has helped me cut through the noise and look at situations from a clearer, more balanced perspective. Although we haven’t had many sessions yet, I am already making changes, have gained a lot of insight, and feel more confident.”
