At ADHD Wellbeing, THRIVE Mental Health Coaching draws on strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), wellbeing science and personalised coaching to help you move forward and create workable changes in your life.

This approach is ideal for adults who want to benefit from practical, science-backed coaching as an alternative to counselling or therapy. Sessions are available in person in Wellington or online.

All coaching is one-to-one. Each package can be extended for ongoing support for as long as required.

Our Mental Health Coaches at ADHD Wellbeing are Jayne Fox and Carolyn Robertson. Both are professionally trained in mental health coaching.

How to book

Here's an overview of the whole process from start to finish:

  1. Get in touch to schedule a free 20-minute chat to see if mental health coaching is right for you

  2. Schedule your coaching in-person in Wellington NZ or online via video call

  3. We will send you an invoice and intake form to get things started

  4. Begin your coaching programme: Experience professional coaching and support to help you thrive

  5. Receive a written summary after each session plus any handouts and resources

  6. Reach out for accountability and support via email or WhatsApp between sessions as needed

  7. At the end of your programme: reflect on your progress, celebrate wins and look to the future
