THRIVE ADHD Parent Coaching

Is ADHD parent coaching right for you?

You might be here because you care deeply about your child and want to support them as well as you can, but things feel exhausting or overwhelming for you right now. You may also be exploring your own neurodivergence or ADHD, or going through the process of being diagnosed. THRIVE ADHD Parent Coaching can help if you’re navigating:

  • Stress, overwhelm or self-doubt as a parent of an ADHD child

  • Intense emotions or difficult moments at home

  • Challenges around routines, transitions or daily tasks

  • Balancing your own and your child's needs

  • Uncertainty about what strategies can actually work for your ADHD child

Or if you want compassionate, neuro-affirming guidance and support on your journey as a parent of an ADHDer.

What does ADHD parent coaching involve?

THRIVE ADHD Parent Coaching is a supportive and practical coaching programme for parents and caregivers of ADHD and neurodivergent children.
It helps you understand your child’s needs, reduce stress and strengthen family wellbeing, so your family can thrive.

This programme is ideal for parents and caregivers who want:

  • A clearer understanding of ADHD and their child’s unique brain

  • Practical strategies to support emotional regulation and family routines

  • Support with big feelings, intense moments and everyday challenges

  • A calmer home environment with fewer battles and more connection

  • Ways to reduce stress and care for their own wellbeing

  • A supportive space to talk, reflect and understand what is working (and what is not)

The coaching is tailored to your family’s situation. It can be individual or include other caregivers, or a flexible combination of both options. It can include:

  • Understanding your child’s ADHD through a neuro-affirming lens

  • A space to explore your thoughts and feelings about parenting a neurodivergent child

  • Navigating emotional intensity, overwhelm and dysregulation

  • Tools for smoother routines, transitions and everyday tasks

  • Strategies for executive functioning challenges such as getting ready, planning or switching tasks

  • Support with sensory needs and environmental adjustments

  • Ways to nurture your child’s strengths, interests and identity

  • Approaches for reducing conflict and strengthening connection

  • Support with sleep, movement, nutrition and other wellbeing practices

  • Caring for your own wellbeing and set sustainable boundaries

The coaching draws on the latest knowledge of ADHD, AuDHD and neurodivergence, combined with evidence-based wellbeing practices, nervous system awareness and tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). It is warm, collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming and tailored to your family’s needs.
