"Jayne is calm, genuine and approachable. She listens without judgment, is supportive and encouraging. She is knowledgeable in health and wellbeing, skilled in ADHD and is a very caring person who you can trust and be open with. I have also recommended Jayne to other people I know with ADHD."

"I was grateful for the sense of clarity and actionable steps I needed to move forward. This shift was directly related to the space Jules gave me to explore what was going on below the surface. Thank you for this shift away from feeling so stuck!"

"I reached out to Jayne looking for a coach to support my 22-year-old daughter who had gone through a difficult couple of years away from home. She had recently been diagnosed with ADHD and was trying to deal with life and uni. I found Jayne always professional and approachable. My daughter appreciated how Jayne helped her set goals each week. Thank you Jayne for supporting our daughter during the last 6 months. She has completed university after many years of struggles and has matured a lot in the last year. You also helped her to see the abilities that ADHD gives her, rather than the low feeling of not achieving or being like others."

"Jules helped me feel my goals were attainable, and I can see now the huge impact of little steps. She created a really safe and open space where I could show up wholeheartedly. I loved the insights it opened up for me to understand core drivers and how things are intertwined. I left with a strong commitment to practically implement the changes I want."
